Orders require 1–4 business days for handling, followed by an estimated transit time of 5–14 business days.

The total estimated delivery time is 6–18 business days. Our business days are Monday–Friday.

We provide free standard shipping within the United States. No standard shipping charge will be added to eligible orders at checkout.

After your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping-confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking information to update.

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.

All requests must be reviewed and approved before the product is shipped back. For approved returns and exchanges, Doraniva provides a free prepaid downloadable return shipping label.

Returned products are inspected within 1–3 business days after receipt.

After the return has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Doraniva does not charge a restocking fee.
